The Sanchez Cancer Foundation
Information and Research on Integrative Treatments and Prevention

What increases the risk of cancer?

While we have an idea of what can put you at risk of cancer, the majority of cancers occur in people who don't have any known risk factors. Factors known to increase your risk of cancer include:
  • Your lifestyle choices (dietary, exercise, mental health, etc.)
  • Your family history
  • Your health conditions
  • Your environment

Our goal is to actively educate the public about scientifically-validated integrative approaches to cancer. We are of the firm belief that the battle against cancer can be won!

No matter what your situation, believe in hope and that many things are possible. Our primary message is that KNOWLEDGE IS POWER and HOPE IS PARAMOUNT.

Only through integration of thoughts, ideas and approaches can we lessen the devastation this disease has had on our world.

Just diagnosed with cancer? Or perhaps a loved one has been? Maybe you're simply interested in things you can do to help prevent getting cancer in the first place?

Lifestyle choices are paramount to the prevention and/or treatment of cancer. Diet, exercise, supplementation, and mental/spiritual health can very often significantly affect how things hidden away in your genes, as well as exposure to environmental toxicities, will express themselves over time - including, but not limited to, whether or not you end up with cancer. They can also have an enormous impact on how well you respond to treatments, which approaches will work for your specific body, and how likely you are to experience a recurrence down the road.

As for cancer treatment.....In many cases, conventional treatment of cancer works very well. All conventional treatments, however, have adverse side effects and cause damage to the body. Cancer treatment has one of the most infamous reputations in the world because of the horrible side effects that accompany it. While all modern conventional treatments help fight cancer, they provide for a painful ordeal that offers no guarantee of success. However, what has worked for many are integrative treatment regimens combining conventional medicine, non-traditional treatments, supplements and other approaches that can help to mitigate the side effects of treatment and assist you in living a healthy lifestyle to maximize your chances of success.

If facing cancer, we encourage you to do your own research and educate yourself on specific types of cancer and available treatment options. And whether you're already dealing with cancer or you wish to prevent it, start leading a healthy lifestyle immediately! Enter your contact information below and we'll send you in-depth information on integrative approaches to cancer treatment, as well as research on lifestyle choices which can help prevent occurence or recurrence.

Information is the force of change! We look forward to helping you help yourself.
